Strengths:  You can talk as long as you want, since it does not need battery.
Weaknesses:  It is not cordless.
Review:  We have been using this for a month, it is pretty good to make calls. Voice quality is pretty good. Configuration is pretty simple, if the device can get IP Address through DHCP.

All the instructions were very clear in the PAP2 manual. It does not have QoS, although I don't see a need at the moment. I may switch later to a different adapter. Overall quality is good.

Strengths:  Very good call quality, both landline & Skype; LOUD earpiece and speakerphone volume
Weaknesses:  Occasional crashes; no lighted keypad; can't wake from standby without executing function
