Strengths: i have had majic jack and now i have the plus i have had great success using this i have people i call in colorada,virginia .when i had a slight problem i got help with no problem.saved me lots of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

One year usage very good!

Strengths: Majic jack works as well as the Cable service/ no difference except cost! Big savings

Weakness: I have to dial the prefix before each local number,easy to install, it works great

I have been using this product for a little over a year. I have not had one signal problem. It works great and saves me a ton of money. I elected to use my old number and never missed a step, worked great. A must buy if you want to save money!

Changes

Strengths: The product is inexpensive and easy to use

Weakness: Very poor customer serviced

When I purchased this product it had call forwarding with the service. Some time later they removed this option from my menu. I went to turn the forwarding off one day and I was unable to do it. Customer Service told me I did not have call forwarding and there was nothing they could do. A second chat (they do not have phone service) to the Customer Service and I finally was sent an app to turn...

loss of service

The phone system has a tendency to fail periodically, and you have to reboot it. That isa very bad feature, as sometimes it stops receiving calls and you don't know how many youhave missed.
