I received the mount very quickly after ordering only to learn that it was missing parts. After many calls I did receive SOME of the hardware but still not complete enough to hang the unit! Several calls to Peerless have only produced a growing long-distance phone bill. Very hard to get an actual person, only voice mail boxes. Three full months have gone by now with no help from Peerless or PC...

I ordered the peerless mount over a month for a 32" LCD and it"s perfect. I received it in approx. a wk. from the time I ordered it. The Co. supplied extra hardware for whatever set up you have. The instructions were self explanatory. The 20" extension is more than enough for me. What I like about this product is that you can turn it 180 degrees to either side. I recommend this product to anyone...

Perfect Peerless
Strengths: Heavy duty construction, Good instructions, plenty of hardware.

This is my second Peerless mount. I also have one for my 42" plasma. This mount is very well constructed and came assembled. I had it mounted to the wall and my new 37" LCD attached in under an hour.
