Had my PRS600 2 months and fortunately bought the Best Buy extended warranty. It froze up and I could't do ANYTHING. Went to Best Buy and over the counter got a brand new one right away. The downside is the Sony eReader store. Their inventory is awful compared to Barnes & Noble and Amazon and the prices are higher. I purchased a book a month ago and it was $1.99 and now it is $10.99.
