Strengths: Excellent package of MP3 player, batteries, headphones, and carrying case!
Weakness: A bit of a challenge to get in and out of the case, also tough to click the buttons while in the case. "Premium" earbuds hurt my ears, too large for me.
I'm very happy with this package overall. At only $25 (the going price now at Circuit City), this is truly a hard deal to beat.
