I think that this product is great for providing feedback during a workout while listening to your iPod. I just wish that it was designed to work with a wider selection of shoes.

Once you slip the sensor into your shoe, you don't even know it's there. You can track all your progress or challenge other runners on your own personalized website. Very easy to use.

I'm on my second Nike+ kit now (first one lasted 1000+ miles) and I can't say enough about it. It does a great job giving pace information while you're on your runs, and things like "powersongs" are nice to keep motivated. I've been using this for a couple of days now and it works excellent. The feed back I get from it is great. You can set your runs based on time or for calories. It keeps a history of your workouts and personal bests. It seems to be fairly accurate after you calibrate it.
