Not bad for the price.
I only have a few issues with this TV but nothing that really effects the value, just personal prefference I guess. The TV takes about 8-10 seconds to get picture on after you hit the power button and another 3-4 for the sound to kick in. I think that is because the TV plays the Samsung signiture tones before turning on or off. There is also no standard buttons on the TV to control power, volume,...

Like the TV very much. That is my first HD TV that i owe...can't really compare, but i will definitely buy another one here and of this brand.
