The Special Edition AQUOS SE94U Series sets a standard for large-screen flat-panel LCD TVs. With full HD 1080p resolution, dramatically enhanced black level and an elegant new cornerstone design with space-saving slim bezel design and thin profile, the SE94 Series produces a breathtaking picture quality that is second to none. The LC-46SE94U utilizes the next generation of Sharp's proprietary Advanced Super View/Black TFT Panel, providing 27,000:1 Dynamic Contrast Ratio and 4ms response time, as well as 120Hz frame rate conversion for fast-motion image processing. In addition, the LC-46SE94U includes a AQUOS Net Feature for custom web content through an Ethernet jack. The LC-46SE94U is an HDTV with built-in ATSC/QAM/NTSC tuners and includes 3 HDMI inputs that are compatible with 1080p signals, and has x.v. Color and AQUOS Link, a PC input, 2 HD 1080p component video inputs as well as RS-232C for control. The LC-46SE94U features a unique textured black cabinet with detachable, recessed bottom-mounted speakers, and the included table stand easily removes for wall mounting applications.

My wife and I were amazed by the picture clarity of this model, you can see the blades of grass on the putting green. The setup was no problem and the instructions were clear. I thought the wire connections of the speakers were cheap for the price of the TV. The frame is simple and clean. The menu is easy to learn. I expect a TV like this to have picture in picture, so I was a little disappointed...
