On-screen menu was easy to use. Love the sharp picture. Also think the sound quality is very good, especially enjoy listening to the music channels on tv. We're very happy with this tv.

This TV looks so nice in our family room, very sleek and the 58" size is large enough to see from any part of the room. Picture quality is great. HD features are so nice. We weren't sure of plasma vs LCD, but have been very happy with the plasma so far.

Strengths: Excellent picture & lots of different connectivity.
Weakness: Broke in less than 3 months.
Had to wait over 6 weeks from reporting fault to repair. Also had to keep constantly following up with Samsung as they did not seem too interested with post purchase customer service.
