Weakness: TV received on 09/25 without display / picturs / sound, disappointed the poor quality and services from Samsung. TV picked up by prepare shop to wait for parts replace on this brand new TV
No more Samsung... paid the brand new TV on 09/21, up to now can't enjoy even a minute, only drive you to made many of calls to get the problem solving. It is getting upset after call Samsung customer services, supervisor was same to said quality problem not belong to them call and wait for the prepare shop with bad act not hear any apologize. Black screen after two days!
Strengths: Great picture...while it lasted!
Weakness: Died after only 6 hours of viewing! Samsung repair said they "can never replace televisions, only repair them."! Have to wait until after Labor Day for repair, parts on back order All this in two days
What else can be said? After years of Sony's, I decided to go with Samsung. Never again. As above, only 6 hours of viewing, and it's dead. Service claims it's either backlighting or entire LCD screen, but Samsung will not allow them to give me a new set!! Since you can't return TV's on buydig, I guess I'm stuck. No direct response from Samsung to several emails, only through local service rep....
