I read a lot about HDTVs before I bought this. I also owned the Samsung 32" LCD 720p right before this. I read a lot online that you can't tell a difference between 720p and 1080p in TVs less than 42". I completely disagree with that. This 1080p looks much better than the 720p IMO. I'm returning the 32" 720p one. The 5 extra inches makes a big difference. I say if you are going to spend over $600...

Great TV. Originally thought it'd be a little big for a bedroom- but it turned out to be great. The sound quality is really good, and the picture quality is amazing! HD channels rock!
