The picture quality of Panasonic is the best of the brands I looked at before purchasing. The 50PX600U has a sound system that is above average for a plasma. I just picked up the Panasonic TH-50px600u from BB and it is by far the best performing plasmas for the money you can get. Strengths: Picture and Sound are tops. Features like no others have.
Weakness: Only one tuner, so with PIP you'll need a second source. A little thicker than most Plasma TV's.
