Description
The BenQ 46W1 is a 46-inch plasma display that features WVGA 852 x 480 native resolution with support for up to up to XGA 1024 x 768. It offers 700 nits brightness, a high 850:1 contrast ratio, viewing angles of 160 degrees horizontal and vertical and a wide 16:9 image aspect ratio. It has dual analog VGA and digital DVI inputs as well as composite and S-video inputs.Additional attributes of the 46W1 include two integrated 2W speakers, automatic power control, adjustable color temperature, low power consumption, dynamic white balance correction and picture-in-picture. It also offers freeze, auto key and zoom options. The 46W1 uses SRS surround sound and booming True Bass. The 46W1 has complete HDTV compatibility (480p, 720p, 1080i) to display the super high picture quality of digital TV. The 46W1 is also able to expand the 24 frames per second of movies through a 3:2 ratio to the 60 field broadcast format of conventional TV.
