If I was strictly working from a PC standpoint I would love this PDA. The only problem is that my home computer is PC and my work is MAC and I wanted something that would be able to sync acrross platforms. Even though it is a Palm OS PDA it still will not work. It was given to me as a gift and I am really upset that I have to return it.

I received this PDA as a birthday gift. As I said I own this PDA for more then 5 month, but I only used it for 2 week. I had to retire a palm zire 21 after 2 months because it would reset itself almost every other day. I sent it to the palm guys and it came back in worse condition that before.
