Wireless works fine when you are in one place and leave everything running. If you actually leave your desk, and would like to switch wireless profiles, turn off to save power, etc. You will find yourself resetting the device many times a day. Weakness: Heavy, but it is made of metal which I like because it has a nice feel to it. It works to easy but I guess HP knew what they were doing.
