Description
The casing has several buttons, all very easy to use and intuitively marked. The R-70 also comes with a tethered remote that plugs into one of the headphone jacks (there are two), so you can stick the R-70 in a bag and control it with the remote. In addition to the two headphone jacks, the R-70 also sports digital and mic inputs, and an input for the included power adapter/charger

Sony MZ-R70 Portable Minidisc Recorder/Player
Strengths: Larger, easier, buttons on it than newer versions. And now it's cheap! X-Tra headphone jack!!
Weakness: No Long-play.
I believe this is a worth-wile choise if your looking to buy an older version of the popular Sony MiniDisc. It is cheper than when it came out and it has larger buttons than the newer versions aswell as an X-tra headphone jack which is not on the newest Sony MD. This was the version, unfortunately, before LP (Long-Play) was introduced. In the end, the choise is yours!
