Strengths: Good looking remote that seems user friendly even for the technologically challenged.
Weakness: The multiple wire connections required for hook up can be very cumbersome when working in a media cabinet. You definitely want the unsightly wires covered up, so put connections behind closed doors.
RF Extender box states only that it is "Designed for Harmony Remotes," but does not say which one. Customer Service gave bum advice after 670 didn't work, 880 didn't work, only 890 and above will. Harmony needs to upgrade the quality of packaging as well as Customer Service.
