Weakness: Kind of high price, but it is a specialty item.
The idea of using your "old" phones around the house without hauling your cell phone with you at all times is a great idea. Once my Motorola V710 was connected to the xlink everything's automatic! Set the cell next to the xlink and it's connected. Take the phone out of the house and it's disconnected.

Great little device
Strengths: Small, easy setup
Weakness: Pricey
I have been using this for about 2 weeks and have had no problems with this gateway. The sound can be a little scratchy at times, but that may be due to old phones or too close to other electrical devices. This is a great device, even if it is a little pricey. I love as I will no longer need to have a land line, which will save money for years to come.
