Function over form
Strengths: Good value, supports both file tree and ID3 tags for finding music, mass storage compliant, works with WMP10, good stash of included accessories.
Weakness: Battery life only around 10 hrs, kinda bulky compared to current crop of "juke boxes", controls aren't really intuitive, automatic playlist software only works with mp3s, not wma's.
I bought one of these refurbished for a little over a hundred dollars and for that price, it's a great deal. The 20gb capacity allows me to store practically all of my music. I currently have 3700+ files and I'm only half full (most files are 96kbs or 128kbs WMA files). It's great having all that music on hand.
