Strengths: light, beauty, and fashion
Weakness: none so far
The face looks sleek and high-end but you may want to get screen protectors or the cases for the m:robe that look a lot like the cases for the iPod. The unit itself has a really good sound but if you like really deafening yourself you'd want to get the updates that give you even more volume. Its always a good idea to get any free updates for whatever product you have. If you're going to carry it...
Strengths: Great value, nice sound, good peer support (from unofficial fan sites)
Weakness: No FM tuner or recorder, battery supposedly only good for 500 cycles. Can only load songs via propietary software.
This is an attractive alternative to an Ipod, and more on par with the Creative Zen Micros that are out there. It's got fantastic sound after I updated the firmware (The volume was a little soft when I forst ran it). The downside- no FM or voice recording, and you have to use the propietary software to load songs (no drag and drop)- a little bit of a hassle. Nevertheless, it's a great deal and...
Strengths: High quality for its price; holds a large number of songs; easy to use and looks cool
Weakness: Touch screen scratches easily; must use "syncronise" feature on software; lacks features other than listening to music
This is an excellent mp3 player for the price. It lacks features, but if you only want it to play music, it is a good buy. The software can be frustrating, the touch screen scratches easily, and the volume can't blast the music, but for the average consumer, I would reccomend this product. Again, there are few features other than the music, but there are a good number of features to compliment...
Strengths: Very stylish look. Small size.
Weakness: Scratches easily. Not feature loaded. Somewhat weak user interface.
When I first saw pictures of this product (December) I just had to have it. It definitely turns heads when I have it out. I don't usually use the supplied headphones, but when I tried them they were OK. Then again supplied earbuds usually aren't great. The output volume is a little low so I keep it at around 80% volume. The user interface is also a little lacking, I would have like on the fly...
Strengths: Great design, very solid build, feels expensive, great sound quality, very easy interface.
Weakness: low play volume, lots of shiny plexiglass to get scratched up
The size and style are the best I have seen in a 4+ GB MP3 player, you get more for your money than an ipod mini, and sound and quality are equivalent. At first I thought the side headphone jack would be a problem, but it actually makes sense because like another reviewer said, the L plug would catch the player (hopefully) it you drop it. As for the lack of accessories, ie. a case or skin,...
Strengths: Sleek styling, Only 3 ounces, Great alternative to the IPOD.
Weakness: Needs better headphones, No FM tuner, Expandable memory would be nice
This is a stylish little MP3 player. The black casing with the glass overly makes it super shiny and ultra-sleek. It’s small and light weight. The touch “screen” controls are easy to use and not overly sensitive to the slightest touch. I love the red LED backlighting. The music quality is terrific and the volume level goes high enough for me. This is a great alternative to the IPOD and...
Strengths: small form factor, touch screen controls, large capacity, good battery life
Weakness: screen scratches easily, can only be used with 1 computer, needs more accesories
This a great alternative to the Ipud! I didn't think I would like it this much but it has really grown on me. The small size with a 5GB capacity is just what I needed. I have found that this is very easy to use and to upload songs. However, you can only use one computer to upload songs to it with the software that is provided. If you try to sync w/ a differant computer it will delete all songs...
Strengths: stylish design, control interface, sound, price
Weakness: control interface, volume, earbud, display, unable to sync to more than one computer
It is about the same size as a Ipod mini. The design is more stylish than the Ipod mini. The design is very clean. There are only two mechanical buttons, the power and hold buttons. The rest of the control interface is through a touch sensitive pad on the face of the unit. The controls are touch sensitive and easy to use. The problem is when place in clothing pockets it can be activated by touch...
Strengths: slick looks, awesome screen and no buttons
Weakness: kind of slow, and very easily scratched
this is great ipod mini killer. it looks so much cooler than the ipod mini and if you get a good price its a lot cheaper than one of them. you should buy a case because the front gets scratched very easily. build quality is good and it small and not that heavy. the product does not have a lot features but sure looks cool.

From a purely visual perspective, the MR-100 is an absolute delight. While it may lack the colour screen of the current generation of iPod’s, the lit up touch panel control in particular beats the iPod’s wheel hands down.

Very good Mp3 player
Strengths: the look, the weight, the sound quality, and the price.
Weakness: The Hardware,And software.
It looks very good with the red lcd screen and touchpannel buttons on the black front and white back. It gets great sound and for the price is worth every penny.
