I can recommend this viewer/storage device because IT WORKS! Without reading too many of the instructions, I found the visuals, and menu prompts very easy to understand. Mistakes get warning messages: e.g.disconect from the AC charger when charging/downloading, and get warned to plug in again or risk battery failure and loss of data.
