I just got this ipod and think it is grerat. It is easy to use and works awesome. I paid $349.00 for it and with the mail in rebates it will end up $304.00. For the price I am super happy. The only cons that I can see is that it seems really delicate to me and my fingerprints are all over the front and the back.

This ipod is great. the size can't be beat and it has a quick transfer rate. The problem is with itunes. It freezes a lot and then you are forced to manually restart. Strengths: Great amount of storage. The screen works very well and is nice and bright. I like the ease of navigation through all of the music. Great reliablility and sound quality.
Weakness: As I have heard all iPods scratch rather easily. The scratches are pretty small so if you take care of it I don't think that they detract from the nice looks of the iPod.
I really enjoy using my iPod, I can just listen to it for hours on end. I listened to it for pretty much twelve hours non-stop and I still didn't even get half way through all of the songs I have on there.
