Weakness: Not enough power, Poor sound quality when playing MP3 recorded at 128 or below.
I bought this unit for use in my bedroom. So far it is satisfactory for this purpose. CD and FM sound quality is decent. I wish it had more power.

Strengths: I love the look and feel of the system.
Weakness: The speakers did not work. I tried plugging the speakers into another system and they still did not work.
I eneded up buying the same brand unit that was sold at Costco so if there was any problems I would not lose my shipping money.
