Strengths: good exercise with lots of walking and swinging.

Weakness: Battery useage is high.

Could hardly find a quarter under a newspaper. Unstable operation. Looked cheap. Warranty almost worthless. spent considerable amount of time learning how to set it with the manual only to learn it beeped when you even held the coil up in the air and wiggled the coil wire. Store would not take it back or exchange it for a different model.
