Strengths: 5 Disk DVD / CD, XM Ready, iPod Compatible, USB
Weakness: None so far.
I bought this Home Theater System along with a Samsung LCD TV (LNT4053H). It was just perfect. Sound is awesome. I really liked the option of playing musics from USB pen drive from the front panel. It also comes with iPod connector. I am happy purchasing this unit. All Samsung products are unique and design. I can use both remotes for the TV and Home Theater to control either one. I got extra...
Strengths: 1200W, tall speaker design, 5-disc, upconverting dvd player, good design
Weakness: a little pricey in comparison to its lower end version, tall sub-woofer (being picky here)
Till now, i really like it. the sound is great, links easily with the samsung LCD, set up was also easy, the dvds had a lot of pop when I played them in this has an ipod connector which is a plus; I havent used it though. Overall, great product, highly recommend it

With all of the hype around HDTV's and the high definition market exploding as much as it is, it only seems natural that the home theater market is tailing along not far behind. Of course home theater systems have been around for years but with people buying up expensive big screen displays, most of which only come with "decent" speakers, it only makes sense that there is a want to buy a fancy...

NOT SUCH A GOOD PRODUCT
Strengths: Sound
Weakness: SHUTS OFF EVERY 20 minutes...doesn't bring sound out of the system
I purchased this 12/2007 and August of 2008 it started shutting off. I thought it was running hot or something so i moved it. NOPE...it just shuts off every 15-20 minutes for no reason. We cleaned the inside, moved it to another outlet.....Not only does it shut off....it no longer brings sound from the TV only for DVDS and FM Radio...but that shuts off every 20 minutes....what a piece of crap.
