I rate it as a good alternative for SONY BRAVIA DAV-HDX576WF. Offers the same features but lesser in price. Above all it's Panasonic. After good amount of reasearch I ended at this item as I've been looking for a product around 400 dollars.

Nice little package
Strengths: Wireless rear speakers, sound quality, 5 disc changer
Weakness: Instructions could be easier to understand for an old guy like me.
This is a wonderful little package. The sound is great, especially when the surround is being broadcast. Just plug in the transmitter and receiver and the rear speakers are ready to go without 30 feet of wire going across the room. The tower speakers are really narrow, but produce a quality sound sound without taking up a lot of room. I don't know if it was a great value. Best Buy had this on...
