Not bad for $209...
Strengths: Compact, inexpensive, upconverts DVDs well, plays mp3 DVDs (and can shuffle entire disc of songs/files), decent sound (especially higher frequencies).
Weakness: Increasing volume increases distortion (though fine at "normal" listening levels), non-musical mid- and low-frequencies, no AM tuner (contrary to description on website), poor EQ and sub level adjust.
Overall, this is a nice all-in-one system for the price. I opted for this model in order to get bookshelf speakers rather than the "tallboy" front speakers that come with the other Panasonic HTIBs. Receiver is quiet, runs cool.
