Great features in a receiver at half the price of...
Strengths: Great sound, Internet Radio, iPod dock, Mavell video processing, lighted remote, 6 HDMI 1.4 ports and more!
Weakness: Remote has 50 buttons too close together. Lighted remote helps overcome some of this.
I was looking to upgrade my 2-year old Pioneer Elite receiver and checking out the specs that would have cost me $1000. Then I looked at the regular Pioneer line and found that I could get most of the same features for about 1/2 of the price with the Pioneer VSX-1120-K! Yes, I know the Elite model has slightly better specs and a better power supply--but at twice the cost??? Others have commented...
