The Onkyo TX-SR608 features six of the HDMI 1.4 inputs (including one front input) for simple, 3D-ready hookup of all your high-def sources, with true 1080p upscaling video. The Universal Port for Onkyo peripherals lets you enjoy your iPod or iPhone using optional Onkyo docks (sold separately). Its audio processing incorporates quality Burr-Brown DACs, lossless Dolby and DTS codecs, and the expanded surround formats of Audyssey DSX and Dolby Pro Logic IIz. Three-stage inverted Darlington circuitry and jitter-cleaning technology work to ensure extremely precise and faithful amplification.

The Onkyo TX-SR608 is a mid-range A/V receiver very similar to the Onkyo TX-SR508.
