I originally wanted in-ear phones, & tried a few , but could never keep them in my ears! I didn't want "around the ear" phones w/noise cancelling, as I will be using these outdoors & wanted to have the ability to hear things around me. I decided to give the Bose OE2's a try, as they were on sale @ Crutchfield, & this company is just the best at everything they do! The first thing that i do with new headphones, is to do a "burn-in" for about 4-5 hrs. a day (not wearing them during the burn-in). I usually do about 40 hrs. total. It does help loosen up the drivers & I feel it results in better sound through out the spectrum. These "over-the-ear" phones fit well & are extremely comfortable. So far I really enjoy them. Nice clean sound, & no artificial bass heard in some other brands. For the money, they are a good alternative to spending $300-$500 for headphones!"

Defective

I returned this item, because there was static from the jack connection no matter what device the phones were plugged into. It may have been just this unit. Nordstrom, as always, accepted the return graciously and refunded the purchase price.

Awesome Headphones

This product is amazing! The sound qualitfy and the noise filtering is top notch. I would highly recommend these headphones.

Excelent headphones

I needed my headphones for everyday use on the go, and this really are perfect. easy to carry, lightweight and comfortable. Luxury sound that only BOSE can provide. LOVE THEM !!
