Strengths: stay in my ear during my ENTIRE long run regardless of sweat level!
Weakness: None
Their a great running companion. I put them on before my run and do not have to adjust them at all throughout my runs. The ear phones that came with my Ipod did not stay in my ears especially when sweating. These headphones remain in place, are comfortable, and sound great.
