Sennheiser CX300-B

Strengths: Has very nice clear sound

Weakness: Bass is very good, but not as good as expected

Would certainly purchase again, especially at price from this merchant. Sound is overall exceptionally high quality, and the ear buds fit comfortably. Still not the best of sound fidelity that the Sennheiser PX100 produces.

Perfectly balanced ear-buds

Strengths: Great bass for ear buds, nice high-end as well.

Weakness: No clip to stop them from accidentally being pulled out of your ears.

Several different brands like Sony and Sure feature crystal-clear highs, which is definitely a plus, however what I found they lacked was a decent low-end bass, as is with most other in-ear noise-isolating earbuds. I found a very decent bass in the Sennheiser CX300-Black (color doesn't matter of course). Quite frankly I don't know how they put that much low-end in these little things, but...

Solid bud phones

Strengths: Noice cancelling, clear with good bass, light cable

Weakness: Sometimes pops out of position once in the ear

Have had my CX300 for over a year already, and they are still going strong. More importantly, I am still using them! I regularly replace my headphones every 6 months or so, after I get bored of the sound or after they break. The sound from these little phones are quite remarkable, I would say as good as any full size Sennheiser headphones that I have had over the past 10 years. Bass is solid and...

Sennheiser Quality in an Earbud

Strengths: Light weight, great sound, and very comfortable.

Weakness: The cord could be a little heavier.

Sennheiser sound out of an earbud, and at $40 shipped. I have a set of Sennheiser closed over the ear headphones as well and these sound almost as good! You will not be disappointed with a pair of these.

Sennheiser CX 300-B Ear-Canal Headphones

Strengths: Sound quality and comfort of fit.

Weakness: Asymmetrical earpiece wires.

These are really nice ear inserts. Thanks to the extra sets of ear cushions I was able to achieve a perfect fit for my undersized ears. The sound quality is outstanding; I'm catching musical details in albums I've owned for years that I never heard on my stereo's full-sized tower speakers. I am a bit bewildered by the asymmetrical design of the earpiece wires -- from the branch of the main lead,...

Sennheiser CX300 Earbuds

Strengths: Great sound quality for a good price!!

Weakness: It would be nice if the earbuds came with a clip so you could clip the wire to your body to keep it out of the way. Other that that, there are no weaknesses.

I bought an iPod about a couple months ago and was very unhappy with the eaabuds that came with it. I read awesome reviews about these Sennheiser earbuds and the reviews were true. Great sound quality for a good price. A bit more than I wanted to spend on earbuds, but other top brand earbuds are considerably more expensive. I highly recommend these.

Amazing pair of Headphones

Strengths: Bass is amazing cant compare to anything

Weakness: Holds poorly in the ear but I will forget for the quality it provides

For $54 this is a true buy, forget the ipod headphones they surely suck, this is a must buy if you are looking to listen to some great music. Don't listen to me try them out and you will see.

Great headphones!!

Strengths: Strong and comfortable.

Weakness: Haven't found any.

I don't have much experience with higher end headphones (I've always just used the manufacturer's), but these were great. You can hear every little tone from each song and they block out outside noise quite well. I highly recommend these.

CX300's Rock

Strengths: Comfortable fit

Weakness: none

It makes me wonder why anyone puts up with the earbuds that come with the ipod. The sound from these is so much richer and, as a bonus, they block outside sound much better. I can wear them for hours with no discomfort which I could not do with the Sony supplied earbuds.

Nice in the ear headphones

Strengths: Clean sound,active base

Weakness: none

I read several reviews before I bought two of them for me and my wife. For $40 each, it worth the money. very good sound isolating when you in public transportations.

Sennheiser CX300-B

The CX300-B are Sennheisers entrance into the canalphone market. The earplugs dont enter as deep in the ear canal as those of most canalphones, resulting in less noise isolation but improved comfort, with silicon-rubber eartips in a variety of sizes to ensure a good fit for all users. While the sound quality cant compete with that of higher-end competitors, it has been noted for clear middle and...
