Great when it works
Strengths: Easy to use reasonably accurate
Weakness: Getting service is like pulling teeth with tweezers
Magellan GPS units are great WHEN THEY WORK. If you require repair, it is easier to pull your own teeth with tweezers. Magellan Canada is almost nonexistent and when you finally get a hold of them, they don't do anything for you. Magellan US is another story, they will keep in touch to resolve the problem, but only if you flood their mailbox with Emails, then it takes at least a month to get...
