The included software indicates your speed, direction of travel, elevation, latitude, and longitude within 10 meters. Install our navigation software on your Pocket PC, Tablet PC, or Bluetooth notebook to find your way through any city in the US or Canada, and quickly identify your current position as well as a destination or point of interest. Routes can be calculated and viewed immediately, and automated voice prompts instruct when and where to turn. Should you by chance venture off-route, the Software issues a warning alert and the system redirects you to your destination from your current position.The Receiver extends your operating range with a built-in, high-sensitivity mode. It acquires and continues to track satellite signals at much lower signal levels than other GPS solutions and will work in previously inaccessible environments, such as severe urban canyons, parking garages, through dense foliage, multilevel freeways and, in many cases, indoors.

I highly recommend the Belkin Bluetooth GPS Navigation System. The reception of the satellite signal has been most excellent. The unit is easy to setup and so far has been a very reliable tool for obtaining navigation information. The price is very reasonable considering the quality.

Weakness: YOu need to have a large card or lots of space. I downloaded 4 states for a whopping 200MB storage requirement. A limited instruction manual in the kit going into its features vaguely.
Overall I recommend this unit. For its size, fitting snuggly in your hand and the ease of use it can't be beat. I easily swithed from general map view to destination then back to map view. I would suggest either bring an extra battery or invest an AC adaptor for your PDA (cheap) as the Belkin system will outlast your batterys life in any average PDA. This is the best GPS receiver I have ever used. I've tried the Copilot Travroute GPS jacket and the Pharos iGPS 360. The Copilot always dropped the signal, and the Pharos BT transmitter broke after 4 months of use. Strengths: Setup was easy. Acquires GPS signal quickly. Software is easy to use and voice directions, rerouting work well.
Weakness: Need belt holder for use when walking so you don't need to hold both the PDA and the GPS device.
This is my first GPS unit and I found the device easy to use. I have had no problems setting up the device with my PDA. Connection between devices is reliable. The software works well and is accurate (at least in my hometown - I'll try it out on a trip to the West this weekend). The size is amazing - it is very small.

The gps reciever is very strong picks up almost anywhere. The software works very well and has points of interest including hotels listed. I did have a problem loading more that one state into my Ipaq called belkin and they couldn't help me so if your traveling to more than one state better bring a laptop so you can load the states your going to.

Weakness: The user documentation is somewhat lacking, the map files take up a lot of storage space, terrain features are excluded from the mapping, and there is no mounting hardware included with the package.
