Strengths: I wanted a corded phone with a speaker and the capacity to mute the ring, and there are not many out there, so I bought the CL 84102. phone is good and it gives me the features I needed.
Weakness: The cordless extension is a piece of garbage. The voice fades in and out. I called AT&T customer service, and finally I got a supervisor to send me a replacement. Not any better.
Some things are hopeless, as I will not spend any more time with AT&T, for a 2nd replacement. As a result I will never buy AT&T products. I will try and stick with Panasonic.
