Strengths: good 2-line cordless. fully featured.
Weakness: have to seat handset in cradle properly in order to charge it.
I have had the 2462 and 5-2402 units for about a year now. It is a very good 2 line system with caller ID, pager, speakerphone and answering and voice mail.
