Extremely useful, but tough learning curve
Strengths: Surface doesn't show fingerprints; 4GB memory big enough to hold wikipedia for offline browsing; very good predictive text dictionary; pretty fast
Weakness: Less free software for the UIQ3 platform than for others; battery life less than expected; slow startup
I found this phone to be a great productivity booster, but it took some getting used to, since this was my first smartphone. Mostly I have used it to consult digital resources and take notes while traveling, and I love having to carry less paper around.
