I bought my first in December. It kept rebooting itself everytime I put it in the holster. The second one sounds like everyone I talk with on the phone has marbles in their mouths. FedEx is suppose to be bring me a third one. I don't have much hope it will be better.

Phone and Internet all in one
Strengths: Excellent phone including speaker-phone, web browsing and email is great, PDA functions great. Bluetooth.
Weakness: No voice recognition, no external antenna port.
I'm new to the Blackberry world, but I'm really happy that I can use this device to make phone calls as well as surf the web and receive/send emails. It works very well. RIM makes a great product.
