A good phone with some annoyances

Strengths: Great LCD displays, Bluetooth, great speaker phone quality, easy to navigate buttons, relatively intuitive ergonomics, camera light is a nice flash light, voice command, and the transflash.

Weakness: Battery runs out much too quickly, initializing the bluetooth can be buggy and frustrating (unable to connect), voicecommand usually works well, bad camera phone quality interpolation. Phone is bulky.

I had this phone a year and upgraded to the larger battery. It requires a retrofit case. It makes the phone even bulkier. It's better than having to deal with daily charging chores. Great speakerphone. Cannot transfer from the SD flash drive to the phone memory chip, which has led me to be unable to customize ringtones I've downloaded. Overall, I like this phone. It has many powerful features and...

Motorola v710 Cell Phone

Strengths: This phone by far has met my expectations

Weakness: The camera is a little week.

This phone is the next best thing to Nextel phones It to the person who wrote it doesn't have a speaker phone.. IT MOST Certainly DOES!!! **I suggest reading the Owner's manual before writing a review.

Motorola v710 Cell Phone

Strengths: bluetooth features, large LCD screens great potential There are hacks out there to increase the bluetooth functionality although I haven't tried anything like that for fear of voiding the warr.

Weakness: the camera is terrible and some of the buttons have been fickle in functioning. When in the camera selection hitting the menu button doesn't always work for some reason. Still has bugs.

Don't buy the phone yet! I spoke with Verizon and apparently there will be an upgrade/recall on this phone so that they can put in a new chip. This will be done in Feb. While they will try to do a firmware upgrade they said they will probably have to physically replace a chip in the phone.

Motorola v710 Cell Phone

Strengths: Speaker phone. TransFlash storage card, good ringer volume.

Weakness: Screen hard to see in daylight, Camera light, vibrate mode too soft.

Speaker phone a big plus fro voice dialing. Easy to use keypad, caller ID with picture, TransFlash storage card easy to transfer to/from PC. Mobile Office Kit nice to transfer phonebook. Camera light useless.

Motorola v710

Strengths: Bluetooth, Speakerphone, capability to add memory

Weakness: Camera, battery

I bought this phone to use the bluetooth in my car (05 Acura TL). The bluetooth feature is absolutely incredible. There is a little delay when answering the phone via the car, but sound is good. Also bought the bluetooth headset. This works very well and the headset can be upto 30 feet away from the phone! This makes multitasking much easier. :-) Because I use the bluetooth accessories I don't...

very good phone

Strengths: bluetooth, true voice recognition, speakerphone, expandable memory, better signal than other phones (side-by-side) using the same carrier.

Weakness: connector for battery charger

very good phone. for those of you thrashing the camera, it's a 1.2 megapixel. what do you expect in a cell phone at this point. get a digital camera of you want good pictures. if you understand the terms for the features, then you would agree that this phone delivers exactly what it says it does. one thing i ablsolutely love about this phone is it's voice recognition. with other phones, you have...
