Strengths: reception, bluetooth, transflash, battery life, internet capable, ohh and mp3
Weakness: really nothing if i was stretching to find something i would say just the old style charger port not like the new razor type mini-usb charger port
this phone is hands down thee best phone verizon has to offer, i work for verizon and deal with the bad, trouble, and much cheaper phones daily. my opinion spend a couple extra dollars to get a great phone. But dont settle for what most people do and ask for the cheapest low cost phone. bottom line you pay for it what would u rather have a cheap phone or a phone that works anywhere all the time...
Strengths: Bluetooth, MP3, Camera, Voice Activation
Weakness: not enough ring tones
The new e815 is a better phone than the Razor. It has a longer battery life than most phones and and more memory in the phone book. I can usually get at least 3 days before i have to charge it. The fact you can download music onto a transflash memory card (only) and play it on your phone is cool.
Strengths: Bluetooth, camera, quick respond, internet connection, upgradable memory (micro SD), color LCD, strong built.
Weakness: The phone is not design to be used as MP3 player. Verizon blocks every function of the phone!!!
This is the best phone I ever used. The buttons are quick respond (a lot quicker than V600). Bad part is that Verizon block everything in the phone. Even you have Mobile phone tools, you cannot use media function of the phone. You cannot transfer data from phone to micro SD, and vice versa. If you buy internet package from Verizon, you can connect to the internet and the phone wirelessly via...
Strengths: blue tooth, mp3 player, voice dialing
Weakness: contacts
A good solid phone with the only exception is the address book that is a little combersome to use. Voice dialing can be good or bad, you need to be careful on the names you use.
Strengths: Bluetooth, Speakerphone, Camera, Web, Voice Recognition
Weakness: Non so far....
The only thing that could make this phone better would be if it is free....I switched from Cingular to Verizon and not only is it better service but it is a better phone than the Razr.
Strengths: none
Weakness: This phone does not take dharging well
I have had my phone for two years and the last year it has a hard time contacting and charging . This is a problem because you hook it up and the next day your phone will not work .
This product has not been very good in my opinion. The phone turns itself off at the slightest provocation such as when it is set to vibrate, when you pick up the phone to answer it or when you flip open the lid to answer it. I am sure this is a defective item so this may not be the best example of this particular product!

As the sequel to Motorola’s V710, the E815 improves upon its successor in one very important way: it supports Verizon Wireless’ V CAST service. V CAST lets you download video clips, Web pages, 3D games, and music videos at high speeds in more than 50 U.S. markets (if you fork over an extra $15 per month). Unlike most other V CAST-enabled phones, the E815 supports Bluetooth, which means that...

THE BEST ONE! PERIOD.
Strengths: Reception, Battery life, Screen, Buttons, Bluetooth, Voice dialing, Speakerphone ... etc, etc ...
Weakness: Phone book multiple entries could be organized better.
This is THE FIRST phone which is ACTUALLY working for me. I live in the area with problematic reception and cellular phones ALWAYS BEEN for me just an emergency tools while driving ... NOT ANYMORE. Works EVERYWHERE, crystal clear reception, no dropped calls, bluetooth works perfectly in my two cars (Jeep and BMW), loud speakerphone, BIG buttons and letters in Menus and Contacts - VERY important...
