I purchased this phone few months ago and have not got any problems. I like the fact that it is Windows Mobile version 5 and it gives me capabilities such as: synch with appointments and contacts between my Home Desktop and Work laptop.

Note first, this phone is not for the RAZR, Helio,, Chocolate or hip-cool phone user. Serious phone with great office/MMS potential. I can say this phone rocks!
