Strengths: Many outstanding features. Nice geek toy.
Weakness: Many horrible bugs--Absolutely dismal ATT support
These phones are very easy to fall in love with. The 8525 is very buggy and the 8925 is only marginally better. The white screen of death, car charger doesn’t work, and charge indicator locks until reset are some of the problems. All features can misbehave or hang intermittently. Sometimes it even forgets how to be a phone. I support four of these devices and all have been replaced at least...
The HTC Tilt 8925 is a discontinued tilt phone that used to be carried by AT&T. It has a slide out QWERTY keyboard and a flip up screen, but its battery only offers 4.4 maximum hours of talking time, less than other phones on the market. Nice Phone
Strengths: Does everything, GPS, wi-fi, etc.
Weakness: battery lasts one day
GPS woks great with google maps, My auto GPS maps are 3 years old but these are new. Good reception, every feature you can think of. (could use a foward facing camera for web cam) Camera has good quality but a long delay from when you click.
