I bought 2 Blueant supertooth II's and they are both working great. They are very simple to use and it took no more than 10 minutes to have it sync'd with my phone and off and running. Very well thought out design.
Strengths: Decent volume Long battery life Outstanding connection to phone
Weakness: Extreemly strong magnets for securing to a metal object which could damage other devices/appliances such as TV's, recording media, watches and etc. I had to removed them.
I needed something that would give me the freedom to communicate without the Bluetooth piece hanging on my ear. Although my cel phone has speakerphone capability it could not provide the clarity and volume that device provide.
Strengths: Good sound qulity; easy to set up and use.
Weakness: The volume button stands out the surface. It should have been designed on the side to avoid potential danger.
I ordered Supertooth II from Pricegrabber and got a good deal. The charger works on 110v-240V. you can use SuperTooth when you travel outside of country. The design is very sleek and just love it.
Strengths: Speaker sound is very good. People on the other end say they can hear me very well too. Ships with all the bits one would want, including extra visor clip, AC adapter, and car adapter.
Weakness: Takes a bit to connect when calls come it so impatient callers may hang up before you connect.
I have been researching handsfree car speaker setups for quite some time, but have been skeptical on their ability to work over car noise. Another throw away product due to non replacable battery. Factory says have to buy a new one if out of warrantee. They refuse to give me an upper temperature value - cars can go to 140 degrees F easy - they say to place in the glove compartment; it's evey hotter in there!!

The device works as advertised: easily pairs with bluetooth phone, the speaker is loud enough for a highway driving, sound is clear. People tell me that they hear me almost as clear as from a handset, very little interfenece. Battery life is long, I recharge it every three weeks or so and haven't gotten to 'low battery' light yet even under low temp conditions (up to 10F).

The Supertooth II worked OK for my every day driving which is 2-5 phone calls per day. Noticed difficulties with re-charging the unit if batteries are completely drained. Empty batteries happened to me 2-3 time and took about 3-4 days (!) to get green light when charging. Then after a year and 2-3 months, the unit died on me. Hands Free is becoming quite popular, but it doesn't mean you have to wear a Bluetooth headset. Try this Car Speaker for a change. It's just as convenient and it also means you don't have to wear a piece of blinking plastic on the side of your head. Take it easy 'T2' it's just a phone call.
