Pretty Poor Business Practice
I purchased "new" batteries for my two Kyocera cell phones only to find that the batteries sent to me were recalled by Kyocera in 2004. I would suspect that these batteries are new and unsed but were dumped on the market as part of the recall and re-sold as new by this outfit. Pretty low - as well as potetially illegal.
