I like the product does it's job but I cannot find the ink cartridge anywhere so after about 2 months of use the paper ribbon is blank and I can't find the ink cartridge.

I bought this register from a friend who lost the manual. She showed me how to retreat total sales at the end of the day. I closed my establishment for while opened again and I forgot how to retreat. I still you it but I am having to do manual logging. thanks
