Strengths: Strong construction, polished aluminum and vented voice coil makes for a strong sub. Looks & sounds good.
Weakness: The coil connections are on opposite sides of the magnet. Makes for long tap cables to go from 2 to 8 ohms.
They look great, it’s almost a shame to cover them up with a grill. But you have to protect them, that 2 inch foam surround is easy to puncture. Posted on: 11/29/04

Strengths: LOUD. Built like a tank, looks great, very inexpensive.
Weakness: Medicore Sound Quality
I am using two of these woofers paired to an Audiobahn 8002T amplifier wired at 4 ohm mono, with 400W RMS per sub. Each subwoofer is housed in a 2.0CF ported box tuned to 38hz as recommended by the manufacturer. These things are painfully loud. I cannot listen to these at full volume for any amount of time. In the time it takes a song to play, my ears are hurting, head aching, and I'm thinking...
