Good calculator

Strengths: Two way power_Battery and solar; Two line display good for continuous calculates. Many functions.

Weakness: not very convenient to access previous data.

Reasonable price with double line display and two way power save a lot of battery. Functions are complete for engineering or college students. The keys touches good for me. I think it is a very useful tool for college students.

Inexpensive calculator with many built-in functions

Strengths: Can do several types of two-variable (i.e., y and x) regressions. 10 variables available for temporary number storage during calculation.

Weakness: To me, the V.P.A.M. (Visually Perfect Algebraic Method) of data entry is its biggest weakness.

Well, this calculator is inexpensive with lots of functions. In this aspect it serves the purpose of a calculator very well. However, personally I find the data entry method counterintuitive. For instance, if I want to take the netural log of 5, I have to press the function key "Ln" first then the number "5", the way as if you have a formula in front of you and you want to follow the formula...

Great calculator for everyday use.

Strengths: Large display, remembers previous calculations, duo power.

Weakness: No dedicated off button.

Been using this calculator for a few weeks. Mainly for basic engineering calculations. It's very fast and easy to use. Large display is a plus. Also it remembers previous calculations with the "replay" buttons. Very convenient. DEL button works as backspace, which is very important. Duo power is great. The only slightly annoying thing is that OFF is shift+AC. I would prefer a dedicated off button...

Easy to handle. Dual power is added advantage to save battery life. Allowed to use in SAT, PSAT exams is nice. All the expected scientific functions are there and hence very useful for Diploma and Engineering students. Very good value for the cost paid. Would recommend others to buy

Casio FX-300MS Plus Scientific Calculator

Strengths: Many built-in math functions Solar powered w/battery backup Clear display Compact size

Weakness: None

My old sharp scientific calculator just broken down after six years use. This calculator has come in handy when I have a lot of physics and classical algebra homeworks to do. This is the best calculator I have purchased to this date. It is student friendly to use and not bulky. I would recommend this great calculator to every one.
